Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Ship Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
